The significance of a goal cannot be overemphasized. Like a sailor in sea, a goal serves as a compass which points to the way we need to take, without which we might feel lost and aimless. Contrarily, with a goal rooted in our mind, we feel our effort is channeled in a systematic and directed way, thus contributing to a fruitful result.
However, there are some points which are worth-noting when we set goals. Firstly, you need to make sure your goal is realistic, achievable and specially tailored to your own ability. Secondly, split a big goal into small ones and achieve them one by one by following a specific timeline.
